Tarun completed his undergrad in Economic Honours from the University of Delhi in 1984. He then got an MBA from The AB Freeman School of Business, Tulane University, New Orleans, USA in 1986. In Summer of 2003 Tarun completed Screenwriting & Production Courses from School of Film, TV & Theatre, University of California at Los Angeles.
AIG: Tarun then joined the Corporate Training Program of the American International Group Inc. at New York where he went through the entire gamut from underwriting to risk management to premium financing to loss assessment & claims settlement.After completing his training at AIG (www.aig.com) Tarun worked with AIG Risk Management responsible for a US $ 100million Insurance Portfolio, directly interacting with brokers and reviewing reinsurance arrangements of American International Underwriters. He worked on analyzing special management reports on foreign exchange impact, capital restrictions, remittance regulations and variances analysis on periodic financial reports from the AIG International offices. He also prepared consolidated quarterly financial statements of AIG’s 130 overseas offices.
In 1990 Tarun was instrumental in introducing AIG to the nascent & untapped Indian insurance market. Between 1990 & 1998 he acted as an Independent Consultant to AIG’s India operations which culminated in an underwriting license and an insurance JV with the US $ 100 billion Tata Group (www.tataaia.com)
In 1990 Tarun simultaneously founded Integra Capital Limited (www.integraprofit.com) which evolved into an asset based lending company targeting the retail finance segment (auto & consumer durables) & corporate finance segment (ICDs & plant and machinery funding). Integra’s retail and corporate lending business was funded by a consortium of domestic and international Banks & Financial Institutions.
Tarun also introduced the venture debt business model with propreitary & indiginized credit analysis. This SBU invested in small & medium service enterprises based on human rather than balance sheet capital. It mentored the following companies as a part of its asset based lending division. In 1995 Tarun took Integra Capital Limited public and the company had a very successful listing on the BSE. By 2000 Tarun led the listed financial services company lending book to Rs 50 crores & a profit of Rs 5 crores & was instrumental in raising Rs 50 crores from banks & financial institutions and mobilizing 12.5cr from equity markets. Tarun then successfully managed the loan portfolio run off to maintain satisfactory collection ratio in an adverse market while ensuring full payment to creditor institutions. The company maintained its investment grade rating from the S&P affiliated rating company under his stewardship.
In 1996 Tarun founded Integra Securities Limited, a brokerage & portfolio management company operating in the equity and derivatives segment. In 2000 Tarun also launched India’s first insurance portal, www.assureindia.com” an industry benchmark for the insurance & risk management industry.
Between 2005 & the present Tarun built up a successful private banking business with assets under management of Rs 500 crore primarily comprising HNIs & retail clients. Competed successfully with brand majors offering best in class family office services across the a gamut of areas including investments in direct equity & debt, mutual funds, real estate, art & alternative assets. More importantly Integraprofit offered critical services like succession planning & trust implementation, as well as philanthropy and & management services like accounting & legal.Today, Integra Capital Limited is an RBI-compliant BSE-traded company that focuses on Wealth Management.

Known as ‘TV’ to his friends, he is a regular tennis player and indulges in Golf at the Delhi Golf Club. He is also a Triathlete and has completed the Gia Triathlon in 3 hours 31 minutes & runs the marathon & has completed the TCS Mumbai Full Marathon in 4 hours 30 minutes & the Airtel Delhi half marathon in a time of 1 hour & 45 minutes ranking in the top 30 in the over 45 year old category and top 400 runners across gender & age all India. He is an alumni of the Lawrence School Sanawar. TV also has written scripts for Bollywood & Hollywood including Just Punjabi, Mariam and is currently Producing the Feature Films "Daughter By Court Order" & "Baked"

Pankaj did a M.B.A from Stern School of Business, New York University & has a B.S in Finance from Boston University.
Pankaj is the CEO of Integra Securities limited engaged in financial services area including stockbroking, mutual funds, and portfolio management services. Pankaj is associated with Max New York Life Insurance Company Ltd, Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd & Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company Ltd in the area of life, general and medical insurance. Having spent over 25 years in the Indian stock market has enabled Pankaj to develop an intricate understanding of the workings of the Indian stock markets. Pankaj spent about 2 years working with partners from London to advise Real estate private equity funds to invest in India. Pankaj worked for two years with KPMG at their London office. Pankaj has a keen interest in Surveys, Economics and research.
